And here it goes :

Make a list of your values
What's is really important to you? You family? Your leisure time? Your hobbies? Decide on what your most important values in life and then make sure that the goals you set are designed to include and enhance them.

Project yourself into the future
The late, Earl Nighttingale created a whole new industry (self improvement) after 20 years study on what made people successful. The bottom-line result of his research was simply : 'We Become What We Think About'.

Whatever thoughts dominate our minds most of the time are what we become. Thats why goals setting is so critical in achieving success beacuse it keeps us focused on whats really important to us. He then said that the easiest way to reach our goals is to pretendthat we had already achieved our goals.

That is , begin to walk, talk and act as tough we are already experiencing the success wee seek. Then those things will come to us naturally through the power of the subconcius mind.

Well, there it is. Tips from me to help you understand better on how to kick start-writing you goals. Grab your pen and paper right now. Start writing!

Remember : 'You are definitely going to be what you think off most of the time'
