Today, I recieve one good e-mail from my friends. Its about how you can stand out of the crowd, to be and look different. To achieve more than what you are now. And to keep learning. Make it - short, just read it :) and have fun

Inevitably, entrepreneurs compete for business alongside others offering the same or similar services. Some sectors of business are very crowded making it so difficult to make inroads, particularly for those establishing a new business.

So, what can we do to create some stand-out? How do we get noticed when
surrounded by competitors?

Somehow, by specialising in some way, we create a reason for others to take note. This in turn can lead to an increased likelihood of press/media interest, can contribute to word of mouth promotion and subsequent referrals, and contributes greatly to the clarity of message we use in our marketing.

It's not hard to see the value in standing out, the question now is: How?

For a start we need to be realistic. Stay away from the obvious. Saying you're 'the highest quality' or 'the quickest' or 'the cheapest' is hardly the language of uniqueness and is unlikely to set you apart from your competitors. Look closely for uniqueness.

Surprisingly, a good place to begin may actually be to look outside of your business. You may consider your ethnic background, or your interests and hobbies afford you some uniqueness.

For example, you may have a tremendous grasp of cultures and traditions that would impact favourably on projects that involve import or export issues. You may be an accomplished sportsperson and use this to emphasise your team skills or your practical knowledge of the finer points of competition.

From here we need to expand and delve further to see what it is that truly makes our business offering unique. Probably the best way to tackle this is to elicit feedback from our past customers and those around us. Try posing the question: "What makes me unique?" and listen for signals that may point to something you've overlooked.

The search for uniqueness often results in the exposure of simple, yet powerful pointers. Bring these to the fore and you'll be well on the way to creating memorable stand-out.

Todays topic : Choose to Change!

How was it? Got the message behinds those words?Then, think of this:

Aha! I am questioning you and myself too.

Did you realize there are so many of us are leaning on the shoulders of others? They wait to be told, what to do, where to go, and even most of the time : who to be! Think about it.

Who is running your life? Are you? Are you sure? Are you really sure? That you are making your own decisions????Think about it.

Not agree? Well I have personally gone through this kind of situation. I tought that I decide for my own-self. But, actually, the choices that I have made, were influenced by a unfavourable in-balance from someone or something else!

I am depending on others suggestion on that time. But there is few situation that I made it myself. By doing so, I feel unhapy. Because, I do something based on others decisions. Not mine truely!

But when I started to decide myself. I feel like WOW! Life is amazing. Its hard to explain on how I do really feel. But in simple, I am happy!

Try to decide by your-self. Dont get influence by others. YOu live for your own.

You must be accountable to your-self for your actions, your thoughts, your emotions and your words.

So now, if you still not happy with who you are, where you are and what you have : then you should choose to change! Change your emotions, your tought, and your actions. But please, do it yourself.

Choose to change. But change to be better and later the best! :)

Today I am going to National Library. Argh bit tired this morning. Bit lazy, but I will follow my plan as usual. :) How yours?

Ok today topic : The Final Key of Defining YOur Dreams.

Last three weeks, I have started this topic : Defining Your Dreams. My objectives, is to help yourself, and myself to have a clear and rasional target or aim that can be derive from our dreams. Have you try each activities I have told you?

By the way, if you havn't. Stop here. Please do it first. By learning A, slowly you will reach Z. There is no use of learning B, without knowing what A is all about! AM I right??

Today, I come to the end about, the summary of to define your dreams. Here it is:

1. Write down your dreams and goals.
   
   
2. Be spesific. If you want a yellow car, what make and model and with what options, and specify the color of yellow or you might end up with a lemon-color!
   
   
3. Put a date on it! When do you plan to accomplish these dreams or hit the goals?Dating each one, puts a time limit on it and moves you forward in a spesific motion.
   
   
4. Review and report. Look at your list daily. Check off and date each item as you reach it. Constantly, upgrade your list. Progress its improvement by review nd reporting your progress to a particluar person on a regular schedule.
   
   
5. Reward yourself. Remember to let yourself feel satisfaction and joy as you reach each goal, no matter how small.
   
   
6. Enjoy your journey. Have fun along the way. True success is measured by the joy you haveas you move along the path to success. It is enjoying the journey, not only hitting the destination.
   

There it is! The key of Defining Your Dreams. So which level are you now? DOnt move any step forward unless you have really accomplish this level.

According to Wikipedia, it refers to : Cyberbullying is the term used to refer to bullying and harassment by use of electronic devices though means of e-mail, instant messaging, text messages, blogs, mobile phones, pagers, and websites.

Other terms for cyberbullying are "electronic bullying," "electronic harassment," "e-bullying," "sms bullying," "mobile bullying," "online bullying," "digital bullying," or "Internet bullying".

It can constitute a computer crime. For example, in the United States it is a federal crime to anonymously "annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any person" via the internet or telecommunication system, punishable by a fine and/or up to two years imprisonment.

[1]Cyberbullying is willful and involves recurring or repeated harm inflicted through the medium of electronic text. According to R.B. Standler

[2]bullying intends to cause emotional distress and has no legitimate purpose to the choice of communications. 4. Breaking into an e-mail account and sending vicious or embarrassing material to others.
5. Engaging someone in IM (instant messaging), tricking that person into revealing sensitive personal information, and forwarding that information to others.
6. Taking a picture of a person in the locker room using a digital phone camera and sending that picture to others.
7. Cyberbullying is emerging as one of the more challenging issues facing educators and parents as young people embrace the Internet and other mobile communication technologies.
   

Cyberthreats are a related concern. A cyberthreat is online material that threatens or raises concerns about violence against others, suicide, or other self-harm.

There are two kinds:

• Direct threats are actual threats to hurt someone or commit suicide.
• Distressing material provides clues that the person is emotionally upset and may be considering hurting someone, hurting him or herself or committing suicide.

U asked how it relates to my life. I have always assumed that things are always far more difficult and complicated than they actually are. But regardless how difficut they seem, sucess seems to follow a system or a set pattern of predertermined actions. Just follow a pattern that has worked for others and focus and I have realised that sucess is vey possible, if I am sure of what I am doing. In short, be logical, be responsive to what is needed in the current environment and think simple. Ok, just my humble opinion. Great blog by the way.

No clear view?

Ok. FOr example. IN our real-life. We expose ourself to lots of things. SOme of them, attract us. In this view, for example, the Entrepreneur. Some of us want to achieve this level. They want to be an Entrepreneur. They willing to put all their effort to achieve this. By time, they tend to try every single steps that is possible. They think big all the time. But they didnt end up as a Entrepreneur itself. So where is the mistake? Lots for sure. But relate it back to this situation. The elephant and the ice box.

The elephant is big. THe ice box. Size doesnt matter. I just want you to give me 3 steps to put the elephant inside the ice-box. I dont wanna know if u could achieve it or not. If you can close the door easily or hardly. How you are going to move the elephant inside. Thats not what I want you to do. You only have 3 steps. SO get back to basic. Just like what Fatisha said, "kita selalu fikir yang rumit2 utk selesaikan sesuatu masalah padahal ada cara dan jalan penyelesaian yang mudah boleh dibuat."

We think too hard most of the time. We think out of the box. We try to be different. But does it move you forward or backwards?

Think simple. Follow those who already success. Came out with a simple plan. SImple draf. Simple steps. Once you get fail, check on your plan. If it doesnt goes well. Make some change on it. But the key is : Start simple. Thus start small.

We can be different. But start small. Start of simple. Dont start of with bombastic work. Because you might lose somewhere. ANd it could make you lose your confidence. So the choice is yours. Rather to start simple or not. THink twice.

Sunday Morning. When you guyz, get started to read on this post. I was not here. Somewhere in Selangor. 'JALAN-JALAN' time, and have some research with my lovely parents. :)

Finish about that. It just I am too happy because I dont have to attend any classes today. As this week, its convocation in UTM JB :)

If you are with me since yesterday, you might be already read 'this post'!If you dont, so please read 'this post' first. I said please:) Until the time I wrote this post, there is at least 5 of our friends already submit the 'things' that I asked them to give me in 'that post'. If you haven't read it yet, then please. :)

And the answer they gave me? Wow! Almost of them do make me smile. Some of them make me think. But! They didnt answer my question at all. You guys still have time to rewrite your answer. Just post new answer on that post, and do it millions time. Until it is not valid anymore :)

My advice : Read the question. Please fullfill the requirement I ask you too write-in. Among 5 of them, only one do give close answer. Fullfill the requirement. Check here if you are not so sure! :) Thats it. I have help out a lot.

My next advice : Think twice. :) Ok back to today's topic : reading.

Do you love to read. I guess yes. Thats why you are here reading line by line in this blog. Some of us might not. Few people reads based on their moods. While others didnt care at all.

Does reading bring any sense in you? Does it important to read a lot. Or read with small volume but huge area of knowledge? Do you really have to read?

Wow! Lots of question there. Then, it needs a brief explanation. But I am sure most of the readers know the importancy of reading. Range-up from comics, fiction, non-fiction, novel, best-sellers and others. This blog also kind of reading material. So, stay here! :)

What I want to share with all of you is the skill of : FOCUS IN YOUR READING.

Me, and you, read throughout the life. In primary, secondary, during pursuing your high-level. We read almost of the time. But did you really and still memorize each of what you read? Of course not. You only memorize things which is attract you the most, and things which is important to yourself. :) Am I right?

What kind of reading material that interest you the most? It could be books that related to your present-life area. If you are a student. Then it must be books from your college-library. If you are a marketing staff. Marketing's book will be on your shelf. ANd so on. Bored pattern. It move you no-where.

Make it to variety. Make it different. Make it colorful. Range it widely. It takes you somewhere. Besides you might find your real-color by doing so. Then? Read a lot. Dont read less. Make sure when you read, read till the end. And make sure, you understand what does that books contain. What is the message.

Dont speed your reading because you want to finish-it-up in few hours or days.

But put your focus in it!

Most of the people didnt focus on thier reading. That sounds bad. Put your focus together with it. And feel the difference. Doesnt care if you read a book in the middle of KLCC! I did it! I read wherever I like. I let my-mind to control my emotion. So I push myself to focus. :) And it works. I dont know if it would work on you. Unless you try it out and share with me. :)

When you write up your dreams, based it on your inner feelings. You really have to do that!

Have you ever gone for some shopping, knowing actually what you were looking for, only to have someone suggest that you would look smashing in that orange pantsuit with the brassy metallic belt?

"It will be perfect for you. Trust me!" the salesperson says.

You dame out of the dressing room feeling like a clown and someone says, " Its you! You look fabulous. I can see the orange is really your color!"

But!

You dont feel fabulous. You still feel like a clown. Listen to your feelings, be honest with yourself.

Now, after series of action you have took since last two weeks, I want you to get your diary right in front of you now, and start to fill in something.

Put a DATE on it! Yep! Not todays date. But the dates on when will you try to accomplish your dreams. Now, for this moment and time being, YOUR DREAM = YOUR GOALS. Put a date on it.!

Last two weeks, I share with you how to Set your Dreams and Give you few hot tips on goal setting. Have you tried it out? Stop there! If you have not try it yet, better do it first. You will get nothing by doing so. Be consistent dan the persistent will comes second.

How to put a date on your dreams? Simple column might helps out. Set a date for your reference when you will be achieving or accomplishing your goal. Then, review your goals daily. Dont forget to evaluate your progress each day. Please alwiz set your daily goals too, it helps you to acheive your long-period goals. And lastly, please be consistent. I said please. Because I try to help you and myself too on this. But it means nothing if there is no consistency between it.

"E-mail" is super cool : 1. You dont need paper and pen. You type through it. 2. You dont have to queue all day long to buy stamp! In fact, you can together send graphic, video and audio via email too.

You might think, I am joking. People keep talking about website, photoshop, flash, and so on. But DikMal? Write on email? What a nonsense! Yes its true. I want to share with you from nothing to something. There's nothing to do if you now a lot about those things, but dont have your own single e-mail. :) Am i right?

And for those who already have e-mail, did you use it effectively? Do you maximize its function?

Instead of inbox, sen items ; what else that you knew about your email?

Via email, you can send mail to multiple person, via CC and BCC function.

Some people sometime didnt realize, that there is function on whereby you can scan and add-up all email adress in your email via quick builder function [yahoo.com]

Just like you and i already knows, to really know something, you have to LEARN. To be success, LEARN even from your failure-moments. Others cannot feed you up all the time for all the info that you needs. LEARN.

Saya masih teringat akan perbualan dengan rakan saya Shamsul mengenai perihal kepayahan budak-budak untuk solat. Saya tak ingat kenapa kami berbual pasal benda tu tapi kata-katanya yang saya ingati adalah “budak2 kena solat 40 hari berturut-turut barulah melekat”

Beberapa hari yang lepas ketika memikirkan bagaimanakah caranya saya mahu mengekalkan post di blog-blog saya, maka teringatlah saya akan hal ini dan hari ini saya terus menulis mengenai cabaran ini sebaik sahaja sampai di utp.

Jadi saya mahu mencabar diri saya sendiri untuk blogging selama 40 hari di blog ini,
Rajablog.info dan jika terkantoi sebelum 40 hari, maka saya akan membuat post
mengenai kekantoian saya itu.

So I take this challenge to keep writing for the next 40 days. If you really concern, you can see that I didnt make any post for Saturday and Sunday. Because for me I work from Monday to Friday. But than, for this challenge, I change my pattern. I do write on Monday until the last Sunday.

I might be busy during weekends with my classes. So what? Ramz also got classes on weekdays. So its fair.

Irfan Khairi - The Man

Browsing through internet last week, give me some idea to review something about this person.

I first came to know him was on middle of 2006. On that time, I am newbie on “internet business”. I knew nothing about scam, spam, HYIP, Irfan Khairi, Azizi Ali and others. I simply knew nothing. Freshie.

I saw those names few times on book store. But I didn’t intend to buy even to hold those books. So silly.

But then, when time pass by, I started to know about earning money online. About how you can easily get money on-air! In early months, I get addicted to pay per surf program. But luckily I didn’t invest anything! Because I didn’t get anything by surfing their pages all day and nite. More worst, all their advertisement are about pay per surf too! So? Hehehe. Back to our topic before someone scold me bout this:]

About Irfan Khairi. After all those unexpected memories that I have gone through, I heard about this man. At 25, he is a millionaire. And he really gain that via internet. On that time, I thought he manage programs just like others programs that I heard before. Browsing across his blog and website, turn me to think back. I am shock!

Sejak itu, Irfan cuba mengaplikasikan bagaimana untuk mendapatkan wang daripada kemahiran rekaannya. Irfan sedar jika dia bekerja dengan orang, dia tidak akan dapat menghasilkan banyak wang.Justeru, Irfan mengambil keputusan untuk bekerja sendiri sebagai pereka .

‘Internet adalah cara saya mendapatkan pasaran yang lebih luas. Bermula dari situ [Kira-kira enam tahun lalu] ,tiga tahun kemudian saya berjaya memperoleh RM1 juta yang pertama,’ jelas Irfan secara jujur.

‘Saya membaca kisah-kisah kejayaan, biografi tokoh-tokoh berjaya dan belajar tentang perniagaan. Akhirnya saya berjaya. Tapi ambil masa

Menurut Irfan lagi, seseorang boleh menjadi jutawan dalam apa jua industri, sama ada hartanah, perniagaan ataupun saham. Cuma kita perlu mendapatkan ilmu yang berkaitan dengan sesuatu bidang itu.

‘Pendidikan atau pengetahuan ini penting dari segi pengkhususan dalam industri yang ingin kita ceburi. Kita sering melihat industri orang lain lebih berjaya dan berpendapatan tinggi. I like this paragraph. He is in econs. But its not his passion. So, he stop from keep walking. He choose to polish up his talent and passion. And he did it!

You might think, you are similar like him. Love internet a lot. But it might be wrong. Irfan knews his talent and what he like. Did you know yours well? I did!

But!If you think, you want to take part in this industry, take Irfan as your mentor. Then. You wont lose. But then, you have to work hard just like what Irfan did, to get what he had now. Yesterday I went to National Library. Its too crowded there, school holidays guyz! But I manage to find a sit for myself after meandering around for 15-20 minutes!

I pick up one book entitle : A millionaire 3 times by Sifu See! What a story to tell!
Throughout early pages in this book, I found one simple poem, that I qoute it for you lucky readers:)

Here it is.

Imagine there is a bank that credits your accounts each morning with $86,400.
It carries over no balance from day to day.
Every 'evening' deletes whatever part of the balance you fail to use during the day.
What would you do?
Draw out every cent, of course!
Each of us has such a 'bank'.

Every night it writes off, as last, whatever you have failed to invest to good purpose.

Its not hard to understands those words. So? Manage your time ands use it wisely. Dont push yourself too hard, but walk your way bit smart:)

Dont cut-off your sleep time to 4 hours just for working! Doesnt worth it! Sleep is essential. I, myself will turn off my pc on 12 dot every single night, to have better rest. Wake up early in the morning for another well manage day. Yes it is, sometime, I didnt exactly follow my plan, but most of the time, i did:)

Hows yours? Better think of it before its too late. Besides, its never too late to realize on something. Because everybody learn from nothing to something!

Power of Goal Setting

Last week on this thread, I wrote about define your dreams! Have you try out my suggestion? Hope so:]

On last week post also, I receive two comments from Pakdi and Ramzwatcher. Thanks :]

Pakdi ask me what is your dream? While Ramz said " Btwn, we should have some knowledge either technical or marketing the web too". Yes it is. But, as I wrote earlier, I learn from nothing to something :] This is stage number one. Othres come 2nd. Without a clear view on what you want to do, you wont be able to move forwards. Besides, it could pull you backwards. I hope you have try last week activities :]

Ouh! As Pakdi asked me, what is my dream? I talk to someone last week, regarding this. There are a lot of things that I want to do, I want to have. But does it represent MY DREAM? So, I pick up my diary again. I wrote something inside. What was it? Here it is:

1. Take out a diary -
   My diary was the one I bougt on 01.01.2007 at KINO, KLCC. It cost me rm9.90 only :] hehehe..:]
   
   Throw out your mindsany failures and fears- This part is PNC. Because it touches myself a lot:]
   
   
2. Think what is really important to you. Write it down -
   
   Think of something. My family is the most important thing for me. I want to spend more time and I want to make them happy. I want to improve their life, so with mine.
   
   I want to improve my own life. At least, I can go and shop at KINO whnever I love too:].
   
   I think of my students. I want to guide them, the best way I can. In other words, : Saya mahu jadi Cikgu dalam erti kata Cikgu yang saya fahami.
   
   I want to help out those who have dreams, teach them, share with them, learn with them, and be together with them to fulfill their dream.

Manually cleaning out the Temp folder in Window XP

Today, DIk Mal would like to, share with you simple tips for your computer. As I am not a multi-expert in this stuff, it doesnt mean I knew nothing at all. Besides, better to share than do nothing :) And everybody starting from ZERO!

Today's topic? Simple. Maybe sound stupid to others. But hey! They might be somebody who didnt now it at all :)

Manually cleaning out the Temp folder in Window XP is often a necessary maintenance step when the Windows XP Disk Cleanup utility fails to clean out the Temp folder automatically. Removing temporary files is a quick and easy task that can help save disk space and keep your PC clean of file clutter. Just follow the step by step directions below to manually clean out the Temp folder:

Here's How:

1. Click on Start and then Run.
   
   
2. In the text box in the Run window, type %Temp% and click OK. A folder full of files and other folders will appear. All of the folders and files you see in this Temp folder are no longer being used by Windows XP and can safely be deleted.
   
   
3. To remove individual folders or files, hold down your Ctrl key while left-clicking on each item you want delete. Release the Ctrl key when you're finished. To delete these items, hit your Delete key or choose File and then Delete from the menu.
   
   
4. Confirm that you want to delete the files by clicking Yes on the Confirm Multiple File Delete window that opens.
   
   
5. If you'd instead like to remove everything inside the Temp folder, choose Edit and then Select All from the menu. Note: If you're prompted that there are hidden files in this folder, just click on OK to bypass the message.
   
   
6. A few hidden files hanging out in the Temp folder probably aren't important enough to worry about.Now that all of the files and folders are selected, hit your Delete key or choose File and then Delete from the menu.
   
   
7. Confirm that you want to delete the files by clicking Yes on the Confirm Multiple File Delete window that opens.
   
   
8. After all of the files have been deleted you can close the window and empty your Recycle Bin, permanently removing the files from your PC.
   
   

Tips: You may receive a Error Deleting File or Folder message while the files are being deleted. This just means that one of the files is in use by a program right now. Click OK, close all open programs, and repeat the steps above. If you still receive the message, try restarting your PC and repeating the process again.

Advice? Try and error :)

'Great by 24' by John Lee.

This book wasnt attract me at all earlier, but then, it makes me think twice. Want to know why? A simple quote from Azizi Ali make me buy this book. Yeah its true, people buy on emotion!

I wish John had written this book twenty year ago. It would have saved me a lot of time and effort. More importantly, I would have made a lot more money - faster!! [Azizi Ali]

Here is few review bout this book and the author. He is an extraordinary young man who started out with rm20 and a business idea in his university dorm room. He new spearheads Epilson Translation, one of Malaysia's leading international companies. His age by now? 24!
