Last Day - 40 Days Challenge

Hooray!!!!!!!!Hooray!!!

Already at the end of the challenge. What challenge? Refer here.
Actually, I want to give simple review on what I have personally learned throughout this challenge. :)

I learn to control my mind, again and again.

Firstly, when I accept this challenge, the first question that I keep asking myself, was, CAN I DO THIS? Actually, I can! And I have prove it. But how? by controlling my mind. By letting go all negative thinking , and try to be positive throughout this challenge.

I get a new friends! A lot of!

Of course. Especially from all the participants.

Actually, I love to review more. But I am not feeling very well.

I would love to review more on next post. But I think, I should reward myself as I already finished up this challenge!

p.s : If you think you can, you really can :)

What to do when you are stuck!

I am sure most of my readers, already can guess regarding today's topic : What to do when you are stuck!

Blocks in the flow of paper in an office aren't always just a matter of logjams due to volume. This is what we called as writers block. Sometimes you already got the idea, and suddenly your thoughts are disconnected. And there is time, you dont know where to start or what to write. Ouh!

I am going to end up my 40 days challenge in two days! :) And for the past 38 days, I didnt face any restriction to write. What I mean - no writers block!

Well, somebody already ask me, how to maintain, how to keep wiriting, and how to avoid writers block. Well, I have no secret. This is what I do firstly.

I set it into my mind that : I got nothing to do with writers block. Its not part of me

and some more.

Well, today, I make few research on how to avoid writes block. Here it is :

Divide the projects into easy steps

You can take an intimidating assignment one step at a time. Start wherever you're most comfortable. Often, once you have some ideas written, one will lead you to another, and you'll soon have a whole draft to work with.

Freewrite

Freewriting takes time, but it is the easiest way to begin and leads to suprising and creative results. In this method, you find your idea by writing no plan. Just write nonstop for ten to twenty minuts. Ignore grammar, spelling, and organization. Followyour thought as they come. Dont stop!

Once you hit a blank place, write your last word over and over-you'll soon have a new idea.

Then, mark the sentences that semm to contain your best thoughts. Make a lost of them and think further about ecah idea. :)

Well, there are more techniques that you can use, such as :

  1. Brainstorm : Make lits, Oulines, or Maps
  2. Do some research (like what I did!)
  3. Talk to a colleague
  4. Write a short draft first
  5. Use a tape recorder

So its up to you! Happy writing friends.

Five Easy Steps to Staying Motivated - By Scott Mackay

Motivating yourself to excel at your job or to be an example to your employees, should not be something you do only when the spirit moves you. It’s an ongoing process that should include every facet of your business life. This means your mental attitude, physical well-being and appearance, work atmosphere, your interaction with others (clients and employees alike), and your off-the-job environment.

Motivational experts get paid big bucks to tell professionals, striving for success, that they must constantly examine these factors. How do you do that? Follow the 5 tips that follow, and watch the changes.

Maintain a Positive Attitude
Let’s realize that life is only 10% of what happens to us and 90% how we react to it. We’re responsible for our own actions and attitudes, and changing them when appropriate. When you’re around people/things that are uplifting and positive, you feel that way. You have more confidence in yourself, and know you can change whatever needs changing. If you can make your workplace such a place you’ll find happier workers and higher production. You might even find your employees look forward to coming to work!

Leave Personal Troubles Home
Everyone has problems, but they don’t belong at work. Turn your attention and energy entirely to your on-the-job tasks. This will actually be good for you because you’ll get a mental break from your troubles.

Create Positive Affirmations
The reason for writing goals for your business is the same as creating positive affirmations on paper. What your eyes see and ears hear, your mind will believe. Try it! After you’ve written them down, read them aloud to yourself – and do it every morning when you get into work. You’ll be amazed at what happens. Come up with a set of new ones every month. Statements such as, “I’m an important and valuable person,” or “I know I’ll make good use of my time today.” Repeating them out loud everyday at a set time will help reinforce positive actions.

Make Sure Break Times Are Really Break Times
This is an area where most bosses/entrepreneurs fall down. You become so intense about the project or situation you’re working on that you don’t ease up. Thinking that it’ll be solved in the next few seconds, and then you’ll get a cup of coffee can lead you right up to quitting time. Regularly adhering to a specified break schedule, even if you’re the boss, releases the tension. If you work on a computer this is even a greater problem because before you realize it – you’ve been working in that same position for hours. The best answer to this is to set yourself a reminder on your appointment calendar for every 2 hours, and let the computer reminder chime send you the alert to move around.

Exercise, Exercise, Exercise
I know that lately it seems that “exercise” is the cure-all to every physical ailment or your love life, but despite that there is some truth to that ugly word. By “exercise” I don’t mean that you should go out and join a gym and spend your lunch-time, 3-days-a-week there working out. What is really beneficial and workable is that at those chiming alerts from your computer, get up and walk around your desk or room. Maybe go outside and get the mail and enjoy the sunlight (if you’re an entrepreneur that has a home office), or just get up and do a few stretches.

Concentrated, tense thinking – typing - plotting plans - or whatever your work, makes all those muscles tighten up and knot up. Then when we move we “ooh” and “ouch” because we’ve knotted up into a ball of tension. Periodic stretching, even at our desk, or just getting up and walking over to the window and getting a different view can help. One of the greatest disservice modern business décor has done to us, is making our offices pristine, sleek, unencumbered spaces. There is nothing more relaxing than getting up from your desk and walking over to a peaceful, serene, seascape or pastoral painting and just drinking it in visually. Momentarily transporting your mind out of work and into that place does wonders. A few good paintings and less shiny chrome in offices would benefit us all.

It only takes a little concentrated effort on our part to keep motivated and productive, which leads to success. I know you’re going to hate hearing this, but it’s true anyway – and that is, “WHEN LIFE GIVES YOUR LEMONS – MAKE LEMONADE!”

Motivation : Generating your goals!

Assalamualaikum and Very Good Morning to all of my readers. Happy Sunday morning!

Read this :

"How can we hope to arrive if we don't know where we are going?"

I am sure all of you do understand the meaning as well. If you are not, read it here!

Its about you and your dreams, your goal, what you want to be. I have repeated this so many times, but I keep repeating it, all the time too. Do you know why? But I am sure, most of us, love to read, but none take actions. This particular reminder not only for you, but for me as well! For all of us who want to achieve more. By knowing what exactly you want!

The choice is yours. You can become whatever you watn to be, but you must decide it for yourself. No one can do this for you! Picture it in your mind, wha tis your goals, what you want to be, where you will be for the next 20-25 years?

By knowing what you want, you can start moving. Besides, stay there forever.

But! Please make sure, you really-really know what you want to be! Its not fault if you dont know what you want to be, what you want to have, but then, start thinking. Make sure that is exactly what you want. Not because of everybody want to be a millionare, so you ant to be one of them. Think! You will only move, if you know exactly what you want.

You are been given your mind, use it!

Lastly, I found this quotes, inspiring the most :

"The greatest thing in this world is not so much where we are,' said Oliver Wendell Holmes, " but in what direction we are moving."

And I create this quote this morning :

"The best manipulating game in your life, is manipulating your mind, by controlling it" - Dik Mal

Motivation : Live The Life You Deserve by Ending Procrastination

Assalamualaikum and Very Good Morning!

Hye there! Well, I am here today to accomplish one of my promise that I have made this week.

I have promised to one of the reader in this blog, that I would love to write more on procrastination.

Well, what is procrastinate? In Bahasa, we call it 'penagguhan tindakan', or more understoodable : 'bertangguh-tangguh'.

Do you procrastinate all the time? Have you keep delaying on something? You plan to finish up your assignments, projects, speech, work, and others by today. More details, by todays evening! The due date might be tommorow evening. But you want to finish up early. So you say positively to yourself, "I WILL DO THIS, and I CAN DO THIS, I AM SURE!" Well, thats good!

But. As the day went to night, you still didnt finish up your works. You would love to do that. But then, you stop there. You just feel very tired today. It might be better to have a cup of tea in your living room, watching television and others. You want to do that. You want to settle down your work early. So you bring back your work. Its there. In front of you. On the table, in your living room. You are having your tea. Watching your favourite show. Ouh! TOday is the final episode of that show! You cant miss it! You decide quickly. Let me finish up with this show first, then I will go back to my work.

After show, you felt so tired. So sleepy. Ouh better take some nap. I still got tommorow to settle down my work. And thats how, at the last, you delaying your own work. You decide that! Admit it!

Well, what is that?

Why do people procrastinate? With procrastination people can put off doing something that would be a benefit, but for some reason there is more energy put forth to Not do the task than to actually do it.

Unfortunately, procrastination is just a way of putting off goals for another time; goals and dreams that you want to come true, but something is holding you back. There is a something, that is stronger than the goal of success.

But if you want success bad enough, you need to face your own self and decide to start doing those things you have put off for so long immediately.

Here are three steps to get started today:

Step 1 – Write Down Your Excuses:
Make a list of all of the things you need to do that you have been putting off, you probably have this “to do” list already drafted in your office.
Then get in a quite place where you will not be interrupted for about 20 minutes. Go through each item on the list and write down your excuse(s) for not having completed the task already.
Whatever it is, just write it down and don’t worry about how it will be resolved.

Step 2 – Find Benefits in your Excuses:
Now, go through the list again and list the benefits you currently enjoy because you are procrastinating on these items.
Again, just start writing and soon your subconscious will take over and you will have the answers you need.

Step 3 – Take Action!
Now that you have your lists in front of you, take a short break and then come back and look at the list with fresh eyes.

Look at all of the reasons you have listed as excuses for procrastinating, and the benefits you are receiving.

Do these still make sense?

For most people, when it’s all on paper it just doesn’t look right – the benefits that are being received just do not outweigh the results that could be achieved with a little planning. This is the time to sit down again and make a Plan – a plan that you will stick to and not put off for any longer.

Now is the time to make a “to do” list that you will actually do! Write down a list of things you will do to make your dreams a reality while they are in your thoughts. Then, go through the list again and put them in the proper order that they need to be done. Also, write down the date that you will complete each item.

At this point, you know exactly what you need to do to make your dreams a reality. Now, Are you ready to stop procrastinating or are you going to put if off a little longer? The choice is yours.

Motivation : Concentrate on Your Strenghts and Powers

Assalamualaikum and Very Good Morning!

Last night, I do my surfing as usual. I cant do my work during days as there is other things that I have to concentrate on. But here it is, some quotes that I have found very intresting to lighten up my genius readers day.

"Enter every activity without giving mental recognition to the possibility of defeat. Concentrate on your strengths, instead of your weaknesses... on your powers, instead of your problems."
Paul J. Meyer

This is some of usual things happens every day. People read more, heard more, think more, act more on positive thinking, action, wisdom, even they listen to most inspirational talks that they have ever heard or have ever done with thier life.

But then. At the end of that day, they just came back to the starting point. They hit positive track very good. The progress goes up very well. But! Something pulls them backward, What was it?

There it is in the quotes. "Concentrate on your strengths, instead of your weaknesses... on your powers, instead of your problems".

People do not concentrate on thier strenghts, but at the same time, they keep saying that, - I am not sure if I can do that. I was not born to be a millionaire. I am not rich. how can I do that?

They keep thinking and saying - I have many more works to do. I have to concentrate on others as well, how am I going to authoring one more blog? How? I will fail.

Well? According to law of attraction, law of cause adn effects and according to my own viewing, you are what you think off most off the time! You think you will fail. And you will. You really going to fail. Eventhough it is just a WILL. You think you will get busy, with lots of assignments. Well, you wont have enough time. And so on! Thats what happen. You are what you think off.

Stop spending recklessly on weaknesses, your problems, focus on your strength, your powers!

Drive yourself to a very positive attitude. By how? Avoiding to ever think off the negative factors! Negative factors have no value for you! You got nothing to do with it! Believe me.

If it can change me, a very ordinary girl, and it can for you as well.

By how? Concentrate on your strengths, your power!

Well, what do you say?

Motivation : 3 P's To Success

Assalamualaikum and Very Good Morning!

Last night, I had read this article. I think it might help my readers a lot. Well, I do feel like every single of ous need passion as the first key to drive his/her success. How was you? Read this :

The 3 P's To Success - By Terry Poster

Hello everyone, I hope everyone is enjoying their summer so far and everything is coming together with your business. I was thinking the other day about some of the key ingredients one must use to succeed in our business and ironically most of them seemed to start with the letter P. I want to share 3 of those with you today.

First and foremost I believe is PASSION. You have to love what you are doing and why you are doing it. You have to love your product and that must ooze out of you day in and day out. It must be easy for you to talk about and share. You have to live it and think about it day and day out. Your business must really be a part of you. It must seem like second nature, like the hours fly by when you are involved in it.

If this is how it feels for you, you are definetly in the right business. If you dread sitting down at your desk, making those phone calls, sending those emails, getting on those conference calls. Then you might want to look at another business or job. People that have the most success in this industry, jump out of bed and can't wait to get at it. They can't wait to tell others about how their life has been changed by their amazing product and/or service. This is crucial.

Second, you need patience. Success rarely happens overnight. When you find the right business stick with it. Make adjustments, seek advice, but don't give up. You should give your business your all for at least 18 months before you decision to quit or put your efforts elsewhere. Too many people quit without realizing a simple adjustment here or there or gaining advice from someone who had been through something similiar would have got them over the hump. Worse yet, they quit when they were so close to turning it around. Think Patience.

Third, is Perserverance. You are going to have good days and bad days, but that is life. You can't know good without bad and vice versa. Look at your business as a growing process. Just think of what you will become by perservering and experiencing all the successes and failures. This experience will make YOU so much more. I have a sign on my office wall here that reads "Any Dream Worth Having, is a Dream Worth Fighting For." Dream BIG, practice the 3 p's daily.

Terry Poster is a former Herbalife President's Team member who earned a six figure income in 18 months using techniques discussed in his articles and blog. Currently he is involved in several network marketing opportunities, the primary being Success University. Find out more about the author at his blog, http://spaces.msn.com/visioncast Join the team, we are exploding. http://terry.successuniversity.com/

How was that?Well the most importance is, its not what people say to you. But is what you believe in yourself. Believe of positive thinking. You will end up nicely! BEsides, SUCESS belongs to everyone. Take it, or leave it.

Be honest, smile and greet!

Assalamualaikum and a Very Good Morning!

Its as early as 7 am when I wrote this. Rushing to attend my final exam. Heh :)

Dont you feel good, very good when you see people smiling to you? Not because of they fall-in-love with you. No! But they attracted to your hones attitude.

Being honest in any relationships will provide you to a very huge networking sphere. This article, I wrote in after I had my lunch in Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre food court. Someone smile at me. A woman smiling at me, and greet me. I stil can memorize her. I knew her before. But that was one year ago. We have a short-chat after that. :)

Who is she? She is one of my friend client. We have meet before. It was on last year. Ouh my frineds was an insurance agnet. Working for Takaful Ikhlas SDN BHD> We have a long-period conversation about insruance on that time. A nice one. :)

And I just cant believe that she, still knows me after a year!

That was really great. SOmeday, I will bouild up more friendships. As time past by, I meet more people. By that, I can improve my self esteem, my communication skills, and so on!

That was great.

So, its up to you. Be honest, smile and greet more peole. Get around with better people, you will end up with better results.

Thats all for today :) Have a nice day! :)

Motivation : Always Get Ready

Assalamualaikum and Very Good Evening!

TOday, I sit for my first exam. And I am happy with my performance :) Luckly!

And in the exam hall, this idea came suddenly! So without takes any longer, this is the article I wrote in my examination hall.

Do you have ever get into examination hall. You are not late! You get there early. You bring along your pencil-case into the examination hall. You are super-ready to sit for the exam. You whispering, 'good-luck' to your friends.

And now the time is there, everybody can start to answer the question given. You have been told earlier that the question will be in essay-formatted. But suddenyl! You are given OMR Form! Ouh that means, the question was multiple choices questions! You get shocked.

You open-up your pencil case and find that there is no pencil at all! You only brings pen, tones of it! As you were told earlier that it is an essay.

You become panic. How are you going to sit for the exam. You whispering to your friends but none heard you!

Lastly, you got the pencil from the officer in charge. But, your attention have been interrupted already. That wasnt so good, at all.

That is the situation I gave you. And the moral would be :

Always get ready to face on unexpected things and react positively, stay calm, and dont take things easy. Double check any situation to make a confirmation. Simple things could turn up to be a disaster.

p.s : In the future, double check your pencil-case! :P

Well, actually, this is one of the simple quiz that I have gone through during my school-time. Well?I just wanna share it with you guys:)

Basically its all just like what Abg Shueq have conclude :

Conclusion is, we have only a pair of hands and one "limited, precious" time. We
cant do all things in one time, like in this story.

In a same time there is 5 unexpected situation occurs, you have to pick one that attract you most!
Well, as Abg Shueq already make up a decision :

1.his daughter(soon-to-be)
2.Phone
3.Water
4.Door
5.Clothes

Ouh! Thats supprise me a lot.

But, let me tell all of you first, this quiz does not based on any formal research, its just one of community opinion.

Actually, those answers, represent, which part did you pay your attention the most in your life!

Here it goes :

1.Daughter : Represent family
2.Phone : Represent social life [friends.girlfriends,etc]
3.Water : Represent Wealth
4.Door : Represent social life [friends.girlfriends,etc]
5.Clothes : Represent your work

So, it do represent which part, or section that you pay your attention the most, when the situation raise unexpectedly!

But! Different people came out with different opinions. I think off, if ABg Shueq knows about this earlier, clothes might be at the first place. As, it deserve it!

Hopefully it helps others as well. Btw, its just one of thousand psycology test out there. Have fun!

Be my Friends?

Assalamualaikum and Very Good Morning

How was life? Mine was great! I have fully recovered from my flu. Ouh I hate it! And now, I am doing great!

Ouh! today is Wednesday. Just cant belive that its already in the middle of the week. I am suppose already finish up my proposal by today! But, I am still, working on it. But, its ok, as I am enjoying my skills through this challenge! :)

Back to our todays selected topic. Well, it doesnt not sounds like a 'motivation' at all. But hey! It is.

Do you have any friends that you get to knew from the internet? Any one? That you mail the most, you wrote him/her letter to share about your life. To share that you are doing great and happy today!?

Long time ago, our friends range from our school-frineds, came from our office environment, our neighbours and so on. But nowadays, with a wide technology available from all over the world, every single of us got the potential to reach out and seek out for new friendships! People, share everything through mails, all about business, personal, working experience even recipes from his/her kitchen!

Do you have any pal? Well, you might be asking, 'Is it important?'

Well, its not NEEDS, but somehow, you might need it! :P

Honestly, nobody knows me before. Somehow, when I occasionally, join the 'chatting-world' last year, I made up tones of friends out there! From there, the oppurtunity that been given to me, to be one of the DJ on selected channel [online community] , takes me to share and get to know tones of people from all over Malaysia, UK and Singapore!

And do you realize, my friendship-circle , continue on this blog. I made up some-more and more! Some of them is a well known person, well some are newbies. I love to bulid up more friendship!

By doing so, I can share and I can learn lots of new and freshie things from them! I learn about BUM Marketing from one of my friend, I learn about affiliating from Nia, I learn about motivation from Abg Shueq, I build up my community thorugh MyBlogLog, and I hit my first JV with someone's! That was really great. Well, I love to share all the names with all of you, but I might be scolded by that. Hehe :)

So, what are you waiting for? Build up new friendships! More and more. Learn from them. More and more. Share with them. More and more. And at the end, you have build up a very fantastic communtiy-chain.

If you want to take me as one of your net-friends, you can! Yes you are! Simply mail me at e.norakmal@gmail.com . I love to build more more friendships :)

Thats all. Bye

Positive Thinking : No Use!

Assalamualaikum and Very Good Morning! How your days move on? Hope its fine.

Ouh some of you might get shock when you go through today's title; Positive Thinking : No Use!

Well, I have the reason why it is like that.

I, personally have already share with all of you, about the power of positive thinking. I have told you, how positive thinking could react in your individual perfomances.

You are what you think off!

So, you already knew, that is much better to think positive for flying colors result. Otherwise, you will be stuck there forever. End up with NOTHING!

But!If you MOVE one step forward, THINKING-POSITIVE might help out a lot. I do feel like you have already done with this part. [ I hope so! ]

So how was it? Care to share? How do you improve yourself then> DId you say 'I am the best?'

And, again, nothing has changed. Well, could you please ask me why?

WHY?

Here is the answer :

YOU NEVER ACT. YOU NEVER MOVE. YOU ARE THERE LONG TIME AGO, AND YOU ARE STILL THERE RIGHT NOW!

How was it? Why it is like that?

Tell you what, positive thinking alone, is not enough!

"Then, what should I do?"

My simple, short and sweet respons wll be : MOVE!

Thinking itself is useless without any proper action. Keep thinking positively for the next 365 days, and you will end up with nothing!

Well, you really have to MOVE! You have already conquer our postive thinking. You got the right mind-set. Please move further, takes POSITIVE ACTION!

As I told you, without proper action, nothing happens. Results only come from action, not thinking alone.

All the best!

p.s : I love to share with all of you one good and informative article from Bro Shueqry. You can read it here.

NuffNang on my site!

Assalamualaikum and Very Good Morning!

Ouh I am so happy as I just recieved one email from NuffNang support team! Yes I am in!

Can you see the advertisement just on your top-left? Its an advertisement from NuffNang. Ouh I have been waiting for so long so that they will approve my application and thats it! I am in!

And I couldnt hide my happy moment and I love to share with you about it!

And for those who have already registered to NuffNang, here is some advice from them :

Could I just give everyone a short reminder to ensure that their Skyscraper Ad Units are placed high up the sidebar. In dealing with advertisers in the past, we were unable include many blogs into the initial paid ads rollouts because their ad units were placed too far down the sidebar to excite advertisers enough to advertise. The higher up the sidebar is the ad unit, the easier it is for us to convince the advertiser to place an ad on your blog and the higher chance your blog will receive more paid ads in the coming weeks.

SO please check where did you locate your NuffNang ads. For those have never participate with NuffNang, here it is http://www.nuffnang.com.my/

Feel happy to join us! :)

Time Wastage

Assalamualaikum and Very Good Evening! :)

Hey, I think of something. Maybe some of you have been waited to read about further elobration on kind of success. But! I will continue that particular topic on Monday. :)

Because, today I have found something really interesting .And I felt it is waste if I didnt share it with all of you. Its abotu how to cut-off your time wastage!

Well, what is time wastage at all? Well, a wasted time! Heading the list are television and telephone time. Closely folllowing you will find waiting time, commuting time, and time spent doing jobs for others. Is that so?

Exactly no! HEre is several idea on where do people waste thier time the most :

Television time, Telephone time, Waiting time, Commuting time, and others.

But the really exciting part is who to manage your time on televison-usage so that there will be less time been wasted! Here are the tips :

  1. Plan your viewing by ticking shows on the weekly schedule and then stick to your pre-arranged viewing schedule.

  2. Stand up while watching TV! its easier to move away when the program finishes. You might also do some stretching and bending exercise to keep fit while watching.

  3. Try moving the set to some inconvenient or uncomfortabl setting where you are not likely to linger for long periods.
And others that might be wierd but can be think off :P How was it?

Think of it. :) As I am going to watch Akademi Fantasia right now :P

Back to Emma S. Etuk [author] in the book : Recipe for Success, there is at least eight kind of success that we can figure out. Which one suits yours?

  1. Economic Success
  2. Political Success
  3. Social Success
  4. Intellectual Success
  5. Spiritual Success

  7. Bad Success
  8. Good Success
So, any of them suits your aim? Well, on next post, I would love to elobrate few of them that I think could help most of people out there.

From Emma :

What you do today, has a direct bearing upon whether you'll be successful in life later or not. But you must decide and know right now, this very moment, what kind of success you are committed to, so that you will not waste your precious life and time pursuing what you should not.

So, did Emma miss-out any kind of Success? Maybe from your opinion. The no 9th Success perhaps? :P

Commitment to Success

Assalamualaikum and Very Good Morning to all of you. Have all of you have your breakfast? Ouh its soo good to have Nasi Lemak early in the morning with a cup of tea :) my Fav!

Ok back on track. May I ask you one simple question? What is your plan today? Any urgent meeting to attend on?Any assigments going to hit itsdue date?Or going to shop for groceries?I dont know! :) Its all need your attention. Your commitment:)

But how are your going to always hold-on your commitments?

Commitments can be scary for two reasons : We are afraid that they wont be able to fullfill us, or we're scared that we wont be able to fulfill them> Is it true?

Plans change, commitment dont

Armies never go to battle without a plan. Coaches dont send palyers into a game without clearly outlined plays. Chef's dont begin preparations for a great meal without checking ingredients and recipes. Contractors dont begin construction without blue prints. ANd YOU can't start down the road to success without a plan, either.

To move a plan, make a choice. Each choice has an influence, how ever slight, upon your path in life. Choose to be cheerful or sad. Choose to be rude. or courteous. Choose to be cheerful, or sad. Choose to be success, or you fail. You do understand that every single chocie you made has end result. SO place yourself in a postion to become successfull in every area in life.

Made up your chocies?Good! But wait! Did you make a good chocie?WIse choice are vital to the fullfillment of your dreams.

Remember. The choices you made testerday, brings you today.

Four great tips to win big :

  1. Develop a gme plan. Decide what you want and how you plan to get it. Know what your 1st, 2nd, 3rd move will be and how it will relate to your ultimate success.
  2. Make smart chocies. With each decision you face as yourself, : How will this affect my business? Will it be better or not?"
  3. Develop a burning desire. Desire is critical to your success. It is something you cannot buy or borrow. Determine what yours is and you will find out that nothing can stop you!:)
  4. Stick on it!Never, ever, ever give up on your goals dan your game plan. You cannot fail unless you quit trying.

How was it? Have a nice day! I am heading to National Library today!

Life is Wonderful

Assalamualaikum to all of my readers :)

Its rainy here in Ampang when I do my typing. Better hurry. I dont want my ethernal adaptor to get any problem because of thunderstorm. :)

Today I want to share with all of you one of my favourite song.Wow! Sounds bit out of topic. Might be yes. Might be not. So keep on reading.

I love to know what song/lyrics that you love to listen to, whenever you feel stress. You feel like not-motivated at all. You feel like I am a loser. Which song that represents your feelings? Or do you have any songs that motivates you a lot? If you have this two kind og songs: one that motivate you a lot. And the other one represent your unhappy moments? So what will it be?

There is one song that I want to share with you. I dedicate to all of my readers here in this blog. Its inspire me the most. Life is wonderful by Jason Mraz.

It takes a crane to build a crane
It takes two floors to make a story
It takes an egg to make a hen
It takes a hen to make an egg
There is no end to what I'm saying
It takes a thought to make a word
And it takes some words to make an action
It takes some work to make it work
It takes some good to make it hurt
It takes some bad for satisfaction
Lifeis wonderful
Life goes full circle
Life is wonderful
It takes a night to make it dawn
And it takes a day to make you yawn brother
And it takes some old to make you young
It takes some cold to know the sun
It takes the one to have the other
And it takes no time to fall in love
But it takes you years to know what love is
It takes some fears to make you trust
It takes those tears to make it rust
It takes the dust to have it polished

Have you ever heard it?If you dont?I highly suggest you to donwload this song. If you cant find it. Kindly mail me at : e.norakmal@gmail.com. I will send one for you :)

How to Keep Yourself Motivated

Assalamualaikum and Very Good Evening.

Hi there! Thanks for reading. Today, I recieved one email on how to keep myslf motivated. And I change it to : How to keep yourself motivated? How? By keep read more motivation books and end up by learn nothing? Or by talks to more people. Well, it takes lots of steps to stay motivated.

For Dik Mal, I do have my own way to keep motivated. By think positive and avoid negative thinkers.

I keep myself motivated by thinking positive. But how to think positive if I have to face off lots of challenge, which some of it might pull me backwards? I try to think positive but then, I fail. Keep trying again but then, fail again. How?

Well, avoid negative thinkers. Avoid to hear negative thoughts. SO you can always think positive and speak out. Tell people what you think. Usually, motivated thoughts were positive thoughts. Dont let negative emotion let you down. Avoid them. Bold out. Speak out. Speak positive things. Then only you keep motivated. Hows then?

Any suggestion?

p.s : If you have any problem to share with, kindly mail me at : e.norakmal@gmail.com . I will be there for you. KInd to help all the time :)

Keep on reading!

Assalamualaikum adn VEry Good Evening!

Ouh. I am so tired today. On the time I write this, I have just finished up my test. Which was.....huwargh! Ok thats it.
So today, early in the morning. I read this qoute which I wrote in my diary. I read it twice and I start to think. Wether its true or not.
Here it is :

"You are the same today that you are going to be five years from now except for two things :
  • The people with whom you associate, and
  • The books you read.
How does it reflects on you? Mine? Great. I do see the differences.

If I am just like what I am five years before, I read sometimes, expecting to wait for the mood. Than I dont think I will write today, especially on this moment. Besides, consistent reading change me a lot. I read few pages in earlier years, but back now, I have my own targets to finish-up those books.

Besides, do you know that : Usually those successful person out there, read 2-3 books per week? Hows yours? ME? One book per week. Sometimes it takes longer than that. I should read more to see and learn more. :)

CHeer up!
